Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at the Aspen Outfitting Company!!!

You may have noticed some changes to our website and social media accounts over the past 6 months; we have been working to update and energize the way that we engage with all of you. This vibrant outdoor community, and the wild spaces that we all share, are the lifeblood of our small business. For two generations, we have worked to be stewards of our rivers and mountains, as well as leaders in the local business community. Going forward, our goal is to do even more to give back and show our gratitude. With that in mind, we are excited to announce that Aspen Outfitting Company is launching a new Education and Community Outreach Program! 

Our goal with this program is to help educate visitors and local community members about all the recreational opportunities that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer, and to promote responsible engagement with the resources that we rely on. We will be sharing weekly tips and tricks for the river, general outdoor educational content, and updates about important issues impacting our recreational community. Additionally, our team will be offering a range of educational classes and events designed to engage and educate you, the community members. It is going to be a heck of a lot of fun – so be sure to follow, tune in, and participate! 

We are proud to be a small, locally owned, family-run business operating in Aspen since 1969. We are thankful for the daily opportunity to share this beautiful place, and grateful for the amazing people we get to share it with. A huge “Thank you!” to our incredible community of customers, guides, business partners, and all the fishy friends — we couldn’t do it without you!
